iPhone Interacts With TV Ad

3 February 2011: Honda is breaking new ground by introducing gaming interaction to its newest ad for their Jazz model. After downloading a dedicated iPhone app available on iTunes, users can ‘swipe’ their phones on television or computer screens when the TVC airs. By swiping at the right time, users are able to catch characters from the campaign and interact with them on their iPhone. This campaign succeeds in transforming a traditional television ad into a game, with users needing to carry out various actions to interact with their collected characters. For example, in order to make the monkey character dance the user must sing into their iPhone.
